Description This is a videotape of KFOR TV 4 from April 19, 1996.

The program is titled "Portrait of Courage," and the tape begins with coverage of the First Anniversary ceremonies, already in progress. It continues with the coverage of the ceremony at the Myriad Center.

The coverage includes the following: choir performances; Lt. Col. David Hockinsmith, Chaplain, Oklahoma Army National Guard; Father Joe Ross, Christ The King Catholic Church; Canterbury Choral Society; video montage of the names and faces of the victims, recovery efforts, rebuilding; Dr. James H. Davis, Calvary Baptist Church; Joe B. Williams, Chaplain, FBI; a video message from President Bill Clinton; a visit from Vice-President Al Gore; Gov. Frank Keating and Cathy Keating; a moment of silence at New York Stock Echange; the Vice-Presidential motorcade; Secret Service security measures; Vice-President and Mrs. Gore laying a wreath and flag at the bombing site; Gov. and Mrs. Keating laying a wreath at the bombing site; Mayor and Mrs. Norick laying a wreath at the bombing site; and the Survivor Tree.
