This frame holds a picture of a small brunette girl, Kaleigh Scroggins, the granddaughter of Lanny Scroggins, who died in the bombing. The photo and frame were dedicated to Lanny Scroggins after the Fifth Annual Memorial Marathon in April of 2005. |
