| Description |
The day after the Groundbreaking for the Outdoor Symbolic Memorial, the Memorial Fence was moved by family members, surviviors and rescue workers from the location along the north side of the footprint on 5th Street to its permanent location on Harvey. After the fence was moved, a candlelight service was held on the footprint. These photographs document that service. A detailed listing follows.
