| This framed envelope and plaque came from the U.S. Postal Service in remembrance of the Dedication of the Outdoor Symbolic Memorial, April 19, 2000. The envelope bears the image of the wooden model of the Memorial and the preamble to the Mission Statement. Below the envelope in the same recessed process is a gold plaque that says "Presented by The Oklahoma Performance Cluster April 19, 2000." This was presented to the Memorial at a ceremony at the Post Office between the private morning service on April 19, 2000, and the public service in the evening. |
