| Description |
Before construction began on the Outdoor Symbolic Memorial, a Partnering Workshop was conducted by a representative from the American Arbitration Association, J. Robert Shoff. The purpose was to enhance communication and cooperation among all of the different elements and companies involved in the construction of the Memorial's Outdoor Symbolic Memorial.
