Description On November 4, 1999, the Memorial, as a part of the final fundraising, launched the 168 Day Campaign that dedicated one day to each of the deceased in a countdown format that would end on April 19, 2000, with Baylee Almon and the dedication of the Outdoor Symbolic Memorial. The 168 Day Campaign was launched on the GSA Plaza, overlooking the site. These photographs are from that ceremony. A detailed list of the contents follows.
