Collection Ryder Logistics & Transportation
Date 1995
Description This is a collection of pieces of the Ryder truck used in the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building. These pieces were collected during the FBI's investigation. A detailed list follows.

Objects:
#1: Black metal piece with rust. One straight edge and torn edges around fragment with curving. One side is marked "RH" within in circle. Reverse side is marked "#112." 9.5 x 6 x 3.5
#2: Black metal piece folded over with torn edges. 6 x 3.5 x 1
#3: Silver lightweight metal piece with torn edges. One side has molded curved lines indicating an edging. 6 x 3.5 x 1
#4: Heavy black flat metal fragment similar to leaf spring. Black paint flaking. Broken on two ends. 10 x 2.5 x .25
#5: Black elongated thin metal fragment with one screw hole. Holes and tearing of metal on sides. Fragment twisted. On one side "RH" with H circled. Reverse side in marker "#112" 35 x 3 x .25
#6: Silver colored metal piece similar to design of #5. Two screw holes fragment with multiple holes, tears and twisting. Mangled folded back end. In marker "#112." Reverse side in marker "RH" encircled. 37 x 3 x .25
#7: Lightweight black metal fragment with side edges originally standing up. Fragment has holes, tears, curved with one end folded over. 15.5 x 3 x .25
#8: Flat heavy black metal fragment with "#112" in marker. Reverse side in marker "RH" encircled with stamp: Ford logo and "E3HSA." Possibly part of frame with VIN #. 9 x 3 .25
#9: Twisted metal piece with bracket containing screw and bolts with lighter weight metal holed bracket attached to piece. Two to three brackets attached to folded over fragment with at least 5 bolts viewable. Stamped holes in at least one part of fragment. Tearing, twisted and folded fragment with heavy grime. Card tag attached with wire. In marker on tag: "1B46 30 (B) RH [encircled] Q 2242." Last 2 of number has 3 written under 2. Same marker notations on verso of tag. 15 x 8 x 4.5
