Bill Citty discusses the flow of information after the bombing; press conferences; types of questions from the media; not releasing information about the investigation; FBI presence; Medical Examiner's Office; State Emergency Management Agencies, FEMA; response from citizens; desire among citizens to volunteer, donate and contribute in any way possible; goodness of people and the aberrant nature of the bombing; communication difficulties after the bombing; importance of building trust and relationships with the media and other public information officers; dealing with local media and national media, giving priority to local media.
